Day 14 of 24
I think I'll bring a MRS for lunch and a snack bar or breakfast bar, just in case for after or in between workouts. I will also take my Catalyst and Thermoplus too. Lunch was 2 slices of 100% whole grain/wheat toast plain with some Spark to drink. I did have some Rehydrate thanks to Becky for bringing it, I spaced it off.
After reading the comments I realized I didn't finish this one yesterday. OOPS.
Supper last night was a MRS.

hee hee... I bet your taking your Nighttime recovery tonight. ;) I kicked everyone's A$$ today including my own. I even did another hour of Aqua Zumba from 6-7 tonight too. ;) I'm glad I don't have to commit or teach tomorrow. I'll be possibly doing my private session & attending Jonathan's 6:30pm class at SNAP but other than that def. not as physically tolling as today was.
Call me on that 6:30 class... I'm interested. Going to go "running" on the tread today but interested in that class. :D
