Day 11 of 24

So incredibly tired this morning.  I guess I shouldn't have tried to watch my DVR'd shows last night in bed.  I feel like I can't move out of being so tired.
I'm currently drinking my Hot Spark to get me going, took my morning packet of pills already with some orange juice.  I was craving the orange juice something fierce.  Breakfast will be a MRS and a Banana.
I am going out to do morning chores at Ana's today, the farrier will be out as well, I'm holding some of the boarder's horses to be trimmed, 6 all together this morning.  I'm going to take my Catalyst with me and a couple Breakfast bars with a MRS.  Maybe this time I'll remember to bring Spark for my farrier. :D  Then I have to have Branden to Soccer practice tonight, back to Ana's to do chores then hopefully to bed EARLY tonight!  I don't think I'll get a workout in at Snap today. I might try to fit that in though knowing I won't be able to do it tomorrow.  BUMMER!  I have to find time in there to clean the car out to, TONS of stuff/garbage in it from moving. ICK!
Before I forget, I'll be leaving the house at 6 am in the morning tomorrow, so I probably won't update this until later in the day.  I have an appointment in Madison for AdvoCare.  Good friends of mine, I actually went to high school with the guy. :)

Wow I got home from Ana's at like 2:50, only 5 minutes before Branden.  I kid you not, I was cleaning stalls from 8:30 this morning till about 1:30, the farrier got there so I held 2 horses for him (not mine but other boarder's).  I chased a few horses around to get them in different turnouts due to a fence down...lovely (can you hear my sarcasm?).  Threw some hay bales to them, carried full buckets since the hose wasn't cooperating today, it is a cheap one with lots of kinks in it.  Not cool for going down the full length of the barn to fill buckets.  So yeah I think I got my workout in today!  I took 2 MRSs with, my MNS vitamins, my Thermoplus and my Catalyst oh and 2 bananas.  I came home with 1 MRS.  LOL  I had gotten so into cleaning I even was doing it in my tank top and jeans in 45 degree weather!  Least I wasn't getting sweaty. :D
Tonight's supper is going to be on the fly too so I foresee Subway (because it is healthier than McDonald's or BK).  I'm going to be cleaning out my car while Branden is at Soccer practice.  I have an hour to do that so I have to work fast!
Time to go take him to practice.  I'll update you on what I eat tonight when I get home, unless I'm ready to crash in my bed. :P
Wow I got back to the barn and woke right up like I wasn't even tired.  Spark ROCKS!  "My life is brilliant, My life is pure"... Song lyrics that I love!  The whole song ('She's beautiful' I think it is called) is about a woman and how the guy desires to be with her but knows it will never happen but I love that first part.  It fits my life so well!  My life IS brilliant and it IS pure!  Thanks to AdvoCare and with such amazing friends and family. :)
Oh yeah I was going to tell you about Supper. LOL!  Okay I had a sandwich at subway.  Naughty me, though I did put LOTS of lettuce, green peppers and onions on it. :P  I refuse to say what kind of sandwich though because it was REALLY naughty (not tuna naughty but naughty enough).
I'm going to go have a glass of water now, I have all my stuff packed and in the car for morning.  I'll be on the road by 6:00.  Yeeeeowzers!  TG for Spark!

Day 10 of the 24 day challenge (10 of 10 for the cleanse)

Wow I'm feeling GREAT but my hands HURT! Lifting was a bit rougher than expected on my hands yesterday. No pain no gain... ummm or lose in my aspect.  I went to grab my tea kettle this morning to put fresh water in it for my Spark, and I went ouch.  :D  I did take Catalyst before I went to bed last night, I only took 2 as I wasn't sure how it was going to affect me, my luck it would've kept me up all night.  No I was able to lay down and go to sleep.
So far this morning, my Spark is being drank (hot ofcourse), my fiber drink is in my belly and so are my probiotics.  Last day of the Herbal Cleanse! :D  YAY!  It really isn't bad and I haven't been stuck to the toilet as you can probably tell with my activity levels through this blog.  I have no idea if I have lost any fat during it or not.  I'll hopefully find my measuring tape today, get my measurements again to start the last 14 days tomorrow. :)  That part I LOVE!
Lunch: I made a sandwich, probably shouldn't have but I really couldn't find much else I wanted.  I had a MRS and a Banana this morning so I didn't want another.  I had 100% Whole Wheat bread with salami.  Didn't taste all that great either, but it worked.  Lots of unpacking and laundry being done today!  I got my dining room table moved to where I wanted it, put a clean table cloth on it, it looks great. :)  Lots of boxes being put in the correct rooms to go through and put stuff away.  I can make it to my front door now!  No path. :)  I had some Oasis and a glass of water as well.
Supper: Well since I got the table where I wanted it I finally ate at it!  How nice it was even though I ate alone.  Branden ran off to play with some friends.  He knows how to run the microwave...
Supper was Machaccas.  A burrito type meal that a friend from California taught me to make, all of 300 calories +/- depending on what you put in them.  Roast beef done in the crockpot all day with salsa and green chilies.  However instead of using white tortillas I used whole wheat flour ones. :)  They were pretty good!  I had my Catalyst before I ate with a large glass of water.  Now I'm off to go do chores! :D

Day 9 of the 24 day Challenge (9 of 10 of the cleanse phase)

Wow now that I typed out that it is only day 9 of the 24 it seems to be going slower than I thought.  Not the cleanse or the challenge part but the days seem to be going past slow.
This morning so far (only 9 right now) I've had my Spark, Fiber drink and the probiotic.  :)  I'm getting hungry so I'll have a breakfast bar, my catalyst and a MRS.  I'll probably mix up a V16 too for working out at 10.
Afternoon update: I ate/drank/took all of the above.  I worked out for an hour, lifting weights and running on the treadmill.  (finally got around to ordering some Nighttime Recovery today! LOL)
I went to lunch with Jill, had a salad and a (cough)piece of pizza(cough).  lol  LOTS of water to drink.  Still drinking more water and eating more ice.  I was going to go lay down and take a nap but hmmm that hasn't happened.  Now it isn't going to as in 20 minutes I have to take Branden to Soccer practice.  I'm really thinking we should walk there but I don't think he'd be game for it. Poor kid can't keep up with Mom now! HA HA HA!
I'm going to go take another 3 Catalyst, grab my charcoals and paper, maybe another picture will come out of Soccer...that is where my Arab drawing came from...sitting in the car during soccer.
Supper: Not sure yet, will update when I figure it out and actually eat it. :P
Supper was tacos.  Do you know how weird tacos taste with no shells/chips and no cheese, no sour cream or any of the other goodies?  Kinda plain!  Oh well, it is all worth it in the end.  :)  Drinking lots of water tonight.  I actually thought for a little bit that I wanted to check my measurements, just to see if I'm losing or what.  Well yeah that is not going to happen.  I can't figure out which box my measuring tapes are.  I know they are in this room somewhere but not sure where.  I'm off to get in the tub then to bed early.  My muscles HURT after lifting weights today.  I sure wish I'd have thought about ordering the Nighttime Recovery BEFORE lifting, oh well hindsight...it is ordered now!  HA!

Day 8 (8 of 10)

So far this morning I had my Hot Spark, my fiber drink (YUM!  The more I drink it the more I LOVE it.  Mixes up very well in the blender bottle) I also had my probiotic.

I can tell I've been forgetting to take my Thyroid pills, my hair is really dry and falling out again as well as my hands are feeling like I have nasty stiff gloves on (when I don't) from being so dry.  Those meds are now unpacked and on my desk.  I did take them this morning so in a couple days I'll start to be feeling better.  With that not being taken it will prevent me from losing weight.  *sigh*  I'll probably gain in the next few days due to it as well.  

I have a 10 am Private Trainer appointment over at Snap Fitness to get me started working out and targeting my problem areas aka my stomach.  After 3 c-sections my muscles are basically mush.  :(  I'm sure hoping I can look like I did in high school by the end of summer!  My goal is not to lose pounds but to turn my blubber into muscle.  I'm not a "thinly" built woman by any means, I'm shaped like a V with my shoulders being broad and my ummm NORMAL waist is pretty small with no hips.  My hips at the moment are rolls of the excess. So my goal is to not get a 6 pack again but to at least not have the excess fat.  I may probably never post my weight as that is not what I'm concerned with and I know muscle weighs more than fat.  I just want to widdle down my midsection.  WOW!  I feel like an overweight out of shape old fart now after my appointment.  Excuse me while I B!tch for a minute.  I don't usually lift weights with my arms, I use my legs, but the score is based on arms/chest muscle.  (FAIL)  Sit ups, yeah after 3 c-sections and 13 pregnancies in all...not happening. (FAIL)  Cardio... quitting smoking after 20 years... yeah not so great. (FAIL)  Flexibility is average.  (Only good thing to come out of that dam appointment that I learned)  AARGH

My darn computer wouldn't start so I have to back track again.
I did eat VERY well even with Chris home.  I stuck to my Cleanse suggestions very close.  Lots of water, and good stuff.  I was hungry after the meeting last night so I had some fruit. :)
Supper was chicken with wild brown rice (nummy!).  Lunch yesterday was a MRS and a Breakfast Bar.

Day 7 (7 of 10 Cleanse) of 24 Challenge

So far so good, 1 cup of Hot Cherry Spark and my Probiotics.

Still lots of work ahead today of moving the rest of our stuff over from the old house, not a lot but enough.  And I need to clean it, wow moving is so dirty. ick!

Guess I didn't make time to sit and post much yesterday.
What I ate...
leftovers, pasta/chicken about 1 cup in total for amount for lunch with water
supper I had a buffalo chicken wrap, just lettuce on it.  The wrap was whole wheat and herb.
I drank LOTS of water yesterday, had my usual spark in the morning and that was about it. I remembered I did have a fruit/yogurt parfait in there too while moving.

Day 6 (6 of 10) of 24 day Challenge :D

We managed to get beds and most of our stuff over to the new house last night.  We didn't get to bed till about Midnight, being that it is now 8:20 am that I'm typing this, we are doing well.  Chris is sitting at his computer with his coffee and I'm sitting over here with my 2 computers with my HOT cherry Spark! :D
I already took my probiotic for the morning with the first couple sips of my Spark.  Not sure what I'm going to eat yet, I have to get laundry switched around and boxes unpacked so Chris can take them to the old house...Jill is going to be there packing while I stay here and unpack.  I think there are 3 rooms left at the old house and the bathroom upstairs.  Heading down stairs now to take my Catalyst and have a MRS.  :D  TTYL!

Wow I really should have updated yesterday.  I did really good until supper time.  I had a burger (homeade and grilled :)) a handful of chips, beans and lots of fresh carrots and broccoli.  I know I was naughty but I seriously didn't have the energy to make myself something else and I wanted a grilled burger, first time using the grill this year. They were so nummy!

I did drink LOTS of water yesterday, felt miserable most of the day.  My allergies flared something fierce and I was in a fog most of the day due to it.  My Catalyst and 2 Spark didn't give me the energy I was looking for either to move at all. I almost forgot about my Herbal Cleanse pills, got up at Midnight and took them. LOL!

Day 5 (5 of 10 of cleanse)

I'm so sick of moving... are we done yet?  UGH  Okay enough of my negativity!  :D <---see happy face!
This morning, I took 3 Catalyst with a small glass of water, drinking my Hot Cherry Spark in my to go Kwik Trip coffee mug :P.  For Breakfast I had my Berry MRS.
I'm really hoping that my Spark and Catalyst will work for me this morning, I didn't get a very good night's sleep on the couch again.  Can't wait for my bed to get over there, maybe I can slip in a power nap here...
Before I forget, I'm NOT sore at all from working out yesterday. :D yay!
I knew I forgot to get back in here and update ya'll but wow...
Lunch was a Spark and left over chicken/pasta thing I made the other night, just about a cup of pasta (yes whole grain).  And NO cheese this time... I eat cheese with everything, for me to go without it, wow that is big.  So anyway, last night was HORRIBLE!  Chris came home, got a pizza, I had a couple slices, then Jill ordered Chinese.  I totally went off of the whole cleanse meal plan.  I'm going to pay for it today.  No stress here... :D  I think I was probably working it off though as fast as I ate it.  And I did have Catalyst in my system.

Going on to work on todays now... yes I was NAUGHTY (last night) tonight!

Day 4 of 24 (4/10 of cleanse)

This morning, well I finished last night's post as I don't have the computers at the new house yet, no internet there until tomorrow afternoon.
Woke up, made Branden some hot cereal for breakfast, almost made myself some.  Multi-grain Instant Oatmeal, Apples and Cinn flavor.  Smelt wonderful!  I didn't look at the ingredients though... I grabbed a Berry MRS and some Oasis to bring here, I have to find that mixer bottle I have here somewhere.  I made myself a hot Cherry Spark this morning and had that with my Probiotic pills, I almost opened that other bottle I have at the house to take some extra.  Wouldn't be a bad idea considering I'm also quitting smoking at the same time as trying to lose the excess lbs I have.  That sounds weird, people usually gain when quitting... I am determined I'm going to lose! :D   HA HA HA I'm a quitter and a loser :P  (that sounded funny though I realize I'm not, I'm really a winner, but see there can be a positive side of a negative, just all in how you look at it)
My plan for the day is to get 90% of the rest of the kitchen moved over to the new house and go sign up for Snap Fitness with my free 1 month membership.  Maybe even get in a workout there.  :)  All before getting Branden from the bus stop, he is done with school about 2:30 so I'll have to be over there waiting for him to see what time he'll get there on a normal day.  Bus got there at 7:30, with the block and a half/two block walk he'll have now he can leave the house 5 minutes later than here where the (same bus) picks him up out front.
On with my day! :D
For the heck of it, after sitting here still...I decided to check my measurements.  I don't believe it but honestly my hips are down 1"!  That is one full inch in 3 1/2 days on the Herbal Cleanse.
Just got to the old place (where the computers are), got my membership to Snap Fitness, worked out for a while, and getting stuff moved.  This next load of stuff going to the new house will be food.  Not sure yet what I'm going to have.  Either my Lean Cuisine sandwich or a MRS and a banana.  I think I need "more" today though. This is really making me THINK about what I'm eating and why I need it. LOVE IT!
I ate my lean cuisine sandwich, it didn't taste all that great, was a bit sweet.  It is so interesting how taste buds change!  I've been drinking water most of the day, my water bottle is empty so I fill it up again, I really haven't been keeping track of HOW much water I'm drinking today but it is a lot.
Supper tonight, I cheated a little bit, I threw a bunch of stuff together and that was it. Hamburger, cream of mushroom soup, potatoes, broccoli, and a little cheese on top.  Drank water... heading to the other place now.  TG Internet will be hooked up there tomorrow.  Besides, I'm about ready to go OFF on some people about AdvoCare...small minded grrrr

Day 3 of 24 (3 of 10 day Cleanse)

What a morning, I've been a bum but still kinda feel like I've been getting stuff accomplished.  Not sure exactly what but I do feel that way. :)
Just so I have it in here, I did get up in the middle of the night and get a glass of water.
Fiber drink went down great (no chantix).  I had a banana for breakfast, might have a MRS soon we'll see.  And I'm drinking HOT Cherry Spark.  NUM! I wasn't wild about the Cherry cold, but hot, YES!
Plan for the day, lunch with Becky pending the roads aren't too cruddy (snowing and they are slippery right now), I'm going to go join Snap Fitness!  I have my iPod so really there is no reason why I can't go workout.  I don't have room in the new house to put in the exercise equipment that I wanted to, to make my own "gym".
That is it for now, I'll be back later.  (So far so good I think on me doing this blog and keeping track.:))
Lunch I had with Becky today, we went to Famous Dave's.  We were with her family but it is all good, wonderful people!  I had the Citrus Chicken with Broccoli and pineapple steaks, I only nibbled the pineapple as I don't care for it cooked.  But the Broccoli and the chicken were WONDERFUL!  I got the free 1 month membership thing to Snap Fitness too. (my other motive for going besides the great company)  I had a Rehydrate and a glass of water to drink.  Got home had a banana, still hungry but that should do for now.
Ack! I forgot to finish this day last night before we went to the new place.  Bran and I stayed there last night, wow it is so much nicer than this old dump.  Supper last night, between moving stuff over to the new house (so we could stay there last night) and getting to the grocery store (wanted to do dishes in the dishwasher lol).  I stopped at Subway for supper.  I had a salad, I didn't take the meat, just lettuce, Spinach, a few green peppers is all I had on it.  Nothing fancy just a little bit.  Then I took my HC pill with a some water and I mixed up an Oasis about 9:30 last night, it got me through a craving, not a food type craving either. :)  YAY!
I was up and down most of the night trying to get the laundry going and figuring out the front load washer and dryer. FYI they are not the high capacity I'm used to, not cool.  It took me 2 and a 1/2 cycles to dry 1 load of Branden's clothes, he has a few of those under armor shirts in it, undies 2 pairs of jeans (were still damp this morning grrr) and a couple sweatshirts, some other things in that load as well.  Nothing outrageous.  Oh well.  Ok time for today's post! :D

Day 2 of 24 (day 2 of cleanse)

Ugh...it isn't starting so well today.  That Chantix is making me sick, that portion of my challenge is really becoming a challenge. I feel horrible, cold, shaky, nauseas, just plain icky.  This is why I stopped taking it before but I had at least made it a couple months that time with it.
I'll try another fiber drink in a little while, after my tummy settles, today might have to be a lazy day so I can do what I need to this evening. The one I had this morning tasted really good, not all of it stayed down so I'll drink another in about a half hour or so.  I'll probably be feeling better then.  (I hope)
I laid down for a about an hour and a half, got up when I heard my phone ring about 10.  Feeling a little better, so I went and made an English muffin with just a tad bit of peanut butter on it (not enough to bait a mouse with seriously) with a big glass of water and ice.  I know that was naughty, I couldn't find the bananas that I bought last night.  Branden brought them in the house and I don't know where they got put!  I have so much stuff out and about and boxes all over, I'll be glad when we are done moving.  If I wasn't cold before, I am now after eating my ice.  I'll have a fiber drink before lunch I think.  I know it isn't the right time but not much of stayed down this morning. :(  Not sure how I made it this morning, might have been a bit watery, not sure, but wow it was awesome!  It wasn't 'thick' (didn't let it sit either), tasted great, looked like juice.  That makes me laugh, who'd really think that a fiber drink would taste good?!
Not sure what is for lunch yet, maybe I'll do my MRS with a banana (if I can find them).
I found my nanners!  They were on the table under some stuff.  I can NOT wait to get moved...*sigh*
Okay lunch was my MRS and 1 medium banana with another fiber drink and a glass of water.
I have to go meet someone about the 24 day challenge in a little while. :)  Supper might be rushed.  Though I kinda feel like an dingbat, Branden doesn't start soccer until next week.  Which is nice because it opens up a couple hours tonight.  I need them!
Meeting went well with a new prospect, probably retail but I need those!  My retail customers have been signing up... LOL!
Ok Supper was hamburgers.  Had to do something quick as I'm running short on time and have to clean stalls tonight due to the weather, the horses have been in all day.  Branden had some chips with his, me...just the patty and about a tablespoon of ketchup, dang mice at the buns I was going to use for supper tonight, I wasn't going to have one but at least Branden could have.  UGH!  We can't get moved fast enough!
I'll have a water on the way out to the barn but I had a double Cherry Spark on the way to my appointment a little while ago.
Meeting tonight, I drank a bottle of water and had the rest of that bag of Mangos I started yesterday (remember 1 serving is a bag :)).  I'm drinking ice water right now, normal sized glass, I'm STARVING!  Need my LEPTILEAN!  It is a darn good thing Branden ate the rest of my pringles I had stashed in here by the computer or I would have.  I wouldn't be so hungry but I ate fast earlier and didn't eat anything other than that SMALL hamburger patty.  All for a good reason...a smaller healthier me!

Here we go! Day 1 of the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge!

This is Day 1 of  the AdvoCare Cleanse Phase, getting rid of toxins in my body and cleaning out the bad bacteria in my gut.
So far I got up at 3 am to go check on a mare that was gonna foal, she did.  We got there to a happy healthy colt.  What a cutie! Some pictures are on my Facebook page.
I had my fiber drink when I got up, I got peaches and cream this time, not bad, I like the flavor of the other better, still good though.  I haven't eaten anything yet but am getting very hungry.  I'm going to go see what I can dig up that will be healthy for this morning.  Probably a meal replacement shake (MRS) and a banana.
1 Berry MRS and 1 Banana for breakfast
No Snacks, packed a box after I got my duff off the computer chair.  Got the utilities switched over to the new house starting this week, as we'll be in it come Saturday night.  Figuring out I need Spark...BADLY!
Lunch about 16 oz of spark (my usual, mandarin orange) over a large glass full of ice and a lean cuisine philly sandwich.  I was going to take my Thermo Plus but I remembered I'm on the first 10 days and shouldn't take anything else other than the MRS and the Spark.  *sigh* For me, ordering from AdvoCare is like going to Walmart, so many things I decide I need while I'm 'shopping'.  lol!
Afternoon plan is to pack and move the kitchen before tonight's appointments, Branden starts vocal lessons tonight, I have to do chores, take him out to see the foal.  First though I'm going to order Spark and Catalyst (I think someone is going to buy mine, I can never keep anything handy for me it seems!)
I moved a few things over to the new place, if you haven't figured it out already I'm taking 5 and sitting down to write this as I go today.  Not all days will be like this, but if I don't I'll forget!
I had 2 glasses of water and ice so far (I'm an ice eater...bad for the teeth I know).  No clue what size but they are BIG.
I'm very proud of myself today too.  I've been a smoker for 21 years off and on.  (more on than off)  I've tried to quit over and over again.  I'm taking chantix to help but I've gone since 6 am this morning without a smoke and still feeling WONDERFUL, I'm not crabby!  *knock on wood*  I'm too busy and want to feel healthy to be a smoker.  It stinks, I smell it, there are times that the smoke makes ME gag.  It is time.  So just a heads up as I know some of you *cough Becky cough* will root me on with that, I do appreciate it!  However it is easier if I do NOT talk about it.  I can 'ignore' the yearnings much easier.  I know you are thrilled as well as I am that I'm quitting (another reason for the challenge for me, flush all that nasty stuff out!).  hmmm I'm getting hungry I think I'm gonna go munch on my freeze dried Mangos and pack a few more boxes.  I can NOT wait to get out of this house!  The mice got ANOTHER brand new loaf of bread this morning. GRRRR
Snack at 3 pm Freeze Dried Mangos from Trader Joe's (thanks Mom!), 1 bag is 1 serving, total of 190 calories, 0 fat calories.  Bag size is 1.7 oz but I never eat the whole thing at once, I'll eat a few then eat a few more later... you get the idea.  I'm also drinking an Oasis from AdvoCare, it will help me calm those urges...
Supper is going to be chicken breast, boneless skinless, and I'm not sure what else yet, maybe just a salad.
Nope no salad, I got ambitious and made Tuscan Chicken with Penne Pasta *whole wheat* and steamed broccoli.  NUMMY!  About 300 calories per serving with the Chicken.  Oh and the rest of my Mangos are sitting next to my new unused today coffee pot. LOL  I only had a few of them when I decided to make supper.

MAN Charter is being a PILL tonight!  Ok here we go, I had 2 bottles of water and my Herbal Cleanse pills just now.  We got out to do chores late and Kristen met us there, she grained all the horses for me, which was nice.  I had to give a few some shavings, feed hay and that was about it.  Then we went out to see the colt again and so Branden could see him. So cute!  Anyway, that is it for my long first day on the cleanse.  It wouldn't have been so long had I gotten a good nights sleep last night but I went out to see the colt instead. Tonight I will. :)

Getting this blog started, a bit of background on me...

No time like the present to get it started huh?!  For those that know me know that I've gone down 4 jean sizes since last summer when I started really working the AdvoCare products.  I am not one to go by weight, I really don't care what I weigh as long as I look good.  After years of being pregnant (13 pregnancies in all), having 3 c-sections, with only 2 living kids I've packed on the weight.  My midsection is the worst for me, I do my best to hide it. I have thyroid issues, well I guess it really isn't an issue because I don't have one!  I was diagnosed at five years old without a thyroid gland, so weight has always been somewhat of an issue.  Except in high school, well most of us didn't have that issue in high school anyway.  I was lucky to have my nagging mother to remind me to take my meds everyday.  *sigh*  Growing up sucks sometimes, it is that whole responsibility thing that I wish I could just let go of sometimes, ya know?!
With that "whole responsibility thing" comes taking care of myself, not only for me but my kids and my amazing husband who has stood by me through thick and thin.  Without him I wouldn't be me.  There is where I'm so thank full for my friend Kim who introduced me to AdvoCare.  Wanna talk about some AMAZING products?!  I was one of those saying "yeah yeah yeah, that is what everyone says about their products they use, do they really work?"  Well I'm here to say they do.  That is why I chose back in June of 2010 to start sharing the products myself.  I didn't 'work' them like I should of, but I still lost weight, felt better and was amazed.  If they could make a difference in ME then I know my friends and family would be happy with them too.  I didn't start actually trying to work the business aspect until this year (2011) but I'm so glad I did, I made over $800 in the last 2 pay periods.  We aren't poor but we aren't well off either, we can always use the extra money.  Really though, who can't?!
So here comes the part where I work this blog into my life... now that I'm keeping myself going and on track, did I mention I usually have seasonal depression and this year I did NOT suffer from it?!  Oh what was that about being on track, ahhh yes this blog thing.  So I'm going to do an AdvoCare 24 day challenge, I'm determined to lose weight, tone up and get GOING.  I want to be able to feel comfortable in a bikini before I'm 40 and right now honey...that is NOT happening.  I was also asked to model some lingerie next month...EEEKKS!  Really?!  Ummm yeah not with this body so I'm fixing that issue before I totally embarrass myself completely!
Well here goes with the measurements.  Ok they won't be completely accurate as I'm doing them myself but they will be close.
Bust: 41
Waist: 36
Hips: 40
Some how those don't look right as my size 12 jeans fit at the moment.  hmmm oh well
My plan, get off my duff and work out, not just doing chores at the barn (feeding horses, carting buckets of water, throwing around hay bales) but actually walking 2 miles a day (per weather...no more snow or ice please) and maybe working out with my wii fit for an hour a day.  I'm also going to be working out with my friend Becky in one of her Zumba classes every Sunday in April.  (Check out her blog, zumbaqueen80 I think it is here, it is the one that has inspired me to do this and achieve the goals I know I can achieve for myself, Becky has done AMAZINGLY well with the challenge and AdvoCare)
I plan on posting what I've eaten and drinking for the day, trying to post everything to keep myself on track.  After the first 10 days I'll take my measurements again, I have no idea if they will change or how much.  I sure hope they do!  Just wish I had a weight set to work with...I like to lift weights.  Guess that could by why some people call me SheRa? LOL!
Ok first post done, I'll be on Monday again when I start the challenge. :D  Till then I'm going to go shopping for food and get what I need.

Continued from my "About me", I get to be long winded when writing so I'm putting it here... A little bit might be repeat from above but I'll edit another time, my spark is kicking in, I have to order some then go pack so we can finish moving this week!  Chris said ok take the products but we are not 'selling' them.  We were in Melaleuca and Conklin before, good companies but seriously I spent WAY more than what I made or ever used the products.  Back to AdvoCare.  It was in June of 2010 that Chris was home and saw the receipt for my last AdvoCare order through Kim.  His eyes about bugged out of his head, but he knew and saw the difference in me that the products made.  It was cheaper than my medications too. :)  (which I was NOT buying anymore) It was all said and done then, we became distributors, went Advisors and now we make around 1k a month +/- for a part time income for me.

Before Advocare:  I don't remember whose baby but not mine. lol
